Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is authorized and verified.
  • Shipping Rates: Automatically calculated at checkout after you provide your address.

Metropolitan Areas 

FREE Standard Shipping on orders:

  • Orders arrive within 2-5 days
  • Over $149 to NSW, VIC, QLD and SA
  • Over $499 to TAS, NT and WA
  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping for orders under the free shipping threshold
  • $10 – NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC and SA
  • $30 – TAS, NT and WA

Express Shipping

  • Orders arrive within 1–3 business days
  • Express shipping costs start from $20

Returns and Refunds Policy

At OPEK, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or excess stock ordered. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer store credit or a product replacement for items deemed faulty.

In limited circumstances, we may consider a return or refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your product. However, please note:

  • Returns are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items must be in original condition, with packaging intact.
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • We are unlikely to accept returns if the product packaging is damaged or destroyed.

 

Damaged in Transit Policy

All our shipments are covered by transit insurance. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To process the replacement, please:

  • Contact us with your name, contact number, and order number.
  • Describe the nature and extent of the damage.
  • Provide clear digital photos of the damaged item and the outer carton as it arrived.

In many cases, we can send a replacement as soon as we receive the photos. In others, we may require the damaged item to be returned first. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us resolve the issue quickly.
